  1. this is insulting to all those who completed and can't get access or rental payments. I think this has been in poor taste by tecnicil..

  2. I disagree. We have been clear that access is open and has been for somem time. And rental payments are being processed. Please contact info@tecnicil.com if you have any doubts.

  5. This couple must be really lonely, a massive development like V V and they`re the only 2 on it. Surely if more were there Tecnicil would want to broadcast this as loud as possible.

  6. AT first I agreed with Vila Verde regarding the first comment but now i'm not so sure. We have an apartment in Coprosma (phase 1) and snagging has taken a year, we paid for the furniture months ago and still it is not in the apartment. We have not had regular replies to emails and have had to fly out there only to be shown around our half furnished apartment. This is getting really silly now. Please can you respond quickly to emails and get the furniture we've paid for into the apartment soon. I am writing on the blog because we have tried emails and flown out three times to Sal. Regards

  8. For clients that are importing there own furniture are you now restricting heavy transport i.e 20ft containers from entering Vila Verde resort to un-load. If so what provision are you making to assist clients?.

  9. Are tecnicil just ignoring these posts? Please respond.

  10. We have no information regarding restrictions or otherwise coming into the resort. As a result there is probably no need for special provisions.
