Outstanding Issues

We have been informed that many clients have still not received reponses to their outstanding issues. As tecnicil believes that this is NOT the case then it might be useful to have a "Show of Hands" on this post by adding your comments. We will publish all comments, except abusive comments.

Thanks!

  3. Still no patio furniture despite having paid for it over two years ago. The cheap white plastic ones are not a good substitute for those lucky enough to receive the. Tecnicil says correct furniture in January, but don't believe a word they say!

  5. Hi
In March 2010 I recieved a call from Tecnicil asking to pay for my furniture for my townhouse (B3-11-T2)as it was ready to be installed. I paid straight away in full. Now 20 months on I still await a single piece of furniture! Pleae tell me - is this acceptable?

  6. We were promised a schedule showing the furniture installation status by property by community leading up to completion at end of year. Would you please let us know actual status as many of us would like to plan our use of our properties.

  7. €162,500 of extremely hard earned cash paid out on this project with the first monies paid over almost 6 years ago. Since then every single communication from you has been full of false promises, missed deadlines and threats. The only promise you kept was when you sent me a threatening email telling me you were cancelling my contract and confiscating all my money. You made it impossible for me to complete and then took all my money. I have had lots of sleepless nights as you have robbed me of more than my lifes savings. I am paying back a large loan for a product I never received. Acacia A81-T3 is my ref if you have anything to say to me.

    1. Hi, Did you get anywhere with this as I'm in exactly the same position. It's so wrong. What is the point of a contract. Lots of sleepless nights too. Surely there must be something we can do? This was also our life savings and a loan on top. I really really need this money back!!

  10. We paid for our apartment and furniture over 2 years ago but have still been unable to use it as we have no air conditioning, patio furniture etc. Our many emails requesting updates have been ignored and instead we have received threatening emails from yourselves.

  11. Hello, if anyone is able to get news to the Tecnicil team - I have been waiting over 12 months for some simple answers, like have you completed the agreed snags, have you installed the furniture have you organised the services to be connected.. etc...a simple yes or no would be fine! I only know that I own the property because I am making mortgage repayments. Not to worry I am sure the rental scheme cheques will be landing on my doorstep very soon. Tecnicil please get in touch soon. Ian Raphis- C12-B-2-R-T2

  12. No furniture yet and no-one will give me a date that I can expect it - was pressured into paying for it a long time ago and consider it a disgrace.

  13. Rising damp? I thought the problem was leaking rooves?

  14. Given the delays in furniture installation, am I correct in assuming that we will NOT be levied service charges until the properties are habitable?

  15. Dear People you took the risk now reap the consequences and stop moaning. Buying off plan has always been a very risky business; this gamble shows how risky it can be. You took the gamble and lost. Get over it. If you had been making money you would not be moaning. Typical Brit attitude.

  18. You would really need to write to him, or to Alfredo or Jorge Benchimol. You could also check out the steps to follow in your rental contract.

  19. Interesting post from another "anonymous" person. This site does not only post negative and fictitious information. I suppose the biggest problem is that no one posts anything from the Tecnicil side now. Even Silver River has now started legal proceedings to recover funds from Tecnicil.
